Extremely Poor Service and No Accountability

I’m very disappointed with the level of service received. The company operates multiple WhatsApp numbers but rarely responds to customer complaints. On the rare occasion that someone does reply, they simply shift the responsibility to someone else, with no real resolution.

It feels as though they’re hoping customers will forget about their orders/returns, allowing them to get away with not delivering while keeping the payment. I’ve had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates on my order.

To make matters worse, if the product doesn’t work, the return process is a nightmare. I’ve been waiting for a refund on a return I logged back in February — and to date, I’ve received no feedback or payment.

This level of service is completely unacceptable.
