Extremely poor customer service

I’m very disappointed with my experience on One Deal a Day. The product I received is completely different from what was advertised — the description is incorrect and misleading. I’ve tried several times to contact them to arrange a return, using both the email address and the WhatsApp number provided, but I’ve had no response at all. Extremely poor customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.
