Extremely bad service

I had a really bad experience with this online business. I bought a juice blender which was faulty. I then requested either an exchange or a refund, both via email and whatsapp. (So they can't claim that they never received it). I have received no response from them. They just refuse to communicate at all. I have therefore wasted my money and I will never support this company again.
