Exchanged faulty device with correct one, good service

I have found a few quirky things on this site which I have purchased - I recently ordered a power bank for my phone and almost immediately it stopped working, I sent a request for assistance through their WhatsApp and was pleasantly surprised when they answer in the next few days apologizing and saying they would pick it up -, over the next week I WhatsApp’d - I emailed - I didn’t get an answer, then as luck would have it I missed 2 calls from them - they tried again on the Monday and arranged pickup - I asked the agent if they could please check the USB ports as that was what I was using - and I received a video showing the full working capacity of my new device - while I thought I was going to be brushed off they went above and beyond to make sure that my repayment product worked - amazing service - many thanks
