Exceptional Bad Service

I placed my order, and paid for it, on the 03/11/2020 and to date nothing received. When I finally received a reply from them, after 3 weeks, they used the #experiencingbacklog as an excuse They even delete any comments you make on their Facebook page as they don't want bad reviews.... I have now asked my bank to get my money back from them
