Excellent Follow Up Service

I have been ordering from OneDealADay for a short while now and been happy with the products I've received. I recently bought a Cordless Drill, and when arrived, it was missing a part.

Initially, I was getting a little frustrated, as I wasn't getting a fast enough response to my query, and was even on the point of just going to buy the charger myself - although this would have left a bad taste in my mouth and affected my support of the company going forward.

But then I came across Mimi Ralane who had rep**** to a complaint on the Hello Peter website. I decided to give it one last go, to rectify my concern, and I am so glad I did. Mimi is a true asset to your company and a real breath of fresh air. Not only was she very friendly and approachable to help, but she got the issue sorted out so quickly, that I even received my missing part by courier the very next day, here in George.

Thank you Mimi, for reviving my faith and trust in the company, I am already browsing for the next thing I'd like to buy ;-)
