Empty promises and non delivery.

Ordered a Drone, made payment. Stock was delivered 10 days later. Drone was faulty, I reported it 10min after receiving it - this was the 29th of Sept. on the 14th of Oct still no resolve, I get promise after promise that they will collect and swop out the faulty product with a new 1, still no resolve. I will not recommend them at all. I accept product % failure, the timious resolve thereof and empty promises remains my issue. Do Better!
