Dont order from them

I order on the 25th of Aug23, still waiting for my order, when I ask them when will I received it, they told me they still wait for some stock, but when I order, they told me they have stock available, I ask for a refund, told me they will sent it to account department, still waiting, don't order from them. I am wondering if this company are legit....
