DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!

I am so disappointed with the after sale service that I received from One Deal A day. I bought a 1000w Inverter (hoping to spoil #MothersDayTreats), but once I received it, realized it was not a 'power bank' that I hoped for. I immediately wrote to them (this was on 25 April 2023 already), and received a notice that they don't respond to e-mails anymore, but I should use their whatsapp number instead. I did so immediately, and ever since, I am reminding them of my request. In total I wrote 2 e-mails (on 25 April and 5 May), 5 whatsapps (25 April, 3 / 5 / 9 / 10 May), and even reached out to them on their website on the 5th of May - with not even a single response. Meanwhile they diligently send me adverts to my inbox (from the very same email address that I am used in my enquiry), but cannot respond to a simple request :( This is just sad and even though they have great deals, I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from them ever. Their aftersales service is non-existent!
