Don't buy from One Deal a Day

I have been ****** by one deal a day, I made an order on the 3rd of December and today is the 24th of December and they have not bothered to deliver my parcel, whats worse with this company is that they don't bother to send you notifications like Takealot on details of your parcel, as long as you have paid for your parcel, they move on from you swiftly, I want my money back please, you cannot do this to people during Christmas season, this is pathetic and I will never throw my money away like that by buying from One Deal a Day and if people want peace of mind they need not order from this site, you will never get the parcel you ordered. I sent them a mail a while back complaining that my parcel was not even allocated a tracking number and I got a cold response back that there was a back log, till now no one bothered to find out if I got my parcel or not to show that they are in a business of bling siding people! I want my money back!
