Do not support poor service delivery

I cannot start to explain my frustration with this online sales company - l am not yet sure if l was ****med or not, as there is no way to follow up or track an order. They give an e-mail adress, but this mail is automatically transfered to a whatsapp chat - this is still fine, but you are very lucky to get any useful responce from them - l was promised a waybill number to track my order more than a week ago, but after two weeks, my order have still not been shipped according to the last communication yesterday. Never will l be stupid enough to support a company prior to me doing a little research on service delivery - never think that if you see a well known brand, that you can expect the service to match their advertising platform.
