Do not buy from these guys, pathetic service. No contact numbers

I ordered from them on 1st of December I was expecting my order today(13th Dec) it hasn't been dispatched. I was told the turnaround time is 7-10 working days. I've been chatting to one of their consultants on whatsapp and they are telling me it will dispatched on Tuesday(17th Dec) which I doubt will happen.
