One star due to the fact that you cant select no stars. Ordered an item and the item arrived it was not even nearly what the image or description states. I was basically told that image and description is merely for reference. Worst part was its taken me 3 weeks of emails, Facebook messages and online contact to eventually get to speak to someone who then offered me R120 to say sorry. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.
