DO NOT BUY FROM ONE DEAL A DAY

I purchased a gift for my nephew on the 26th November.

I was told 10 working days and your item will be dispatched and you will receive a tracking number.

i cannot get hold of anyone, the last mail i received was so poorly written and their excuse was a backlog!

this is such a **** and i hope this company is happy to **** customers out their hard earned money and then dissappear or send automated responses.

i have noticed that the business never replies and i just hope that someone picks this up and sorts this business out as they are ripping people off!

i wish someone had warned me before i made a purchase and i guess i wont be getting my money back either!
