Do NOT buy anything from One Deal a Day

Order #665424 In mid-Jan, I ordered and received a 3-in-one zip bag special. The zip on one of the bags is broken. On 17 Jan, I emailed One Deal A Day, received a message that I should send a WhatsApp, and promptly did this. I also sent photos too. I received an automated response, saying that they would "attend to you Swiftly". On 24 Jan, I sent another WhatsApp message, an received the same automated message - no response. I sent follow up messages on 25, 26 and 27 January, and 7, 8, 9,13 and 14 February. I have absolutely no response. I will never buy another item from this company. They are *******!
