Dissatisfaction with delivered products

I received mirror that I ordered broken, the order took forever to be delivered, no communication what so ever. No response on Whatsapp no matter how many hi's you send. I have no solution to the broken Mirror they sent me and no one is saying anything. They don't even respond to emails but refer you to an unattended Whatsapp box. I am highly disappointed in their service I cannot believe this is how they treat their clients. Will never buy here again
