Dissatisfaction

ODD314258 I ordered some stuff from one day a deal in November 2020 and up until now I have emailed the admin team and called the courier company nobody knows anything about my order , I have paid and sent thru my receipt and even received an email stating that my order has been shipped but not received as yet. Very bad services rendered. Please contact me urgently , as I’m tired of communicating but receiving no response.
