Unfortunately there is no 'None Star' under 'Rating' to give to One Deal A Day where we ordered a pillow before a hip replacement operation, which you need to wedge between your knees to prevent dislocation. Well, after numerous pleadings, requests and threats....AND paying a big amount for this item, we have never received it. This was more than SIX months ago. They simply ignore us, even if they initially had excuses from COVID making it difficult to deliver to simply nothing. Dishonest and not at all interested...just took our money and kept it, without any explanation. Needless to say...the hip has healed and the cushion is history, even if it cost us a few hundred rands. Shame on you!
