Disgusting service from One Day Deal

<p>On the 31st of March I purchased 2 camera recorders online,made payment.On the 4th April I enquired about when I would receive my order.</p> <p>7 emails down the line,I finally received a response from a very vague Rehaan of One Day Deal,blaming the courier company for the delay.</p> <p>i finally received my order on the 10th April 2017. On opening the package the one camera looks used and does not work,the box was damaged with</p> <p>certain parts missing.I have tried every avenue once again to get hold of this company,they do Nt even have a contact number.I have emailed courier it</p> <p>to get an address or telephone number,seeing that they did the pick up.I have even contacted Pay Fast who received the payment,who has still to respond.</p> <p>This company is dubious and very suspect.</p>
