DISGUSTING SERVICE AND NO PROPER REPLY EVER

I paid for a purchase more than a month ago and I still have not received my purchase I have tried numerous times to communicate with them however you can NEVER get hold of a actual person you just get given new what's app numbers to contact IS THIS THE SERVIEC WE CAN EXPECT FROM A SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY.....
