Disgusting & Appalling service

Dear One Deal A Day Team,

I am absolutely appalled, disgusted, and deeply frustrated by the level of service I have received from your organisation.

I placed an order on 10 June 2025, with the clear understanding that delivery would be completed within 10–15 working days. However, to date, I have not received my order, nor have I had any form of meaningful communication from your team.

Despite multiple phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, I have received no response, which is both unacceptable and unprofessional. The complete lack of accountability and communication is shocking, and reflects a total disregard for customer service.

I expect an immediate update on the status of my order, including a confirmed delivery date, and an explanation for this appalling service.

Should I not receive feedback within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further and explore avenues for formal complaint and refund
