Disgraceful service and turnaround time

Disgraceful service. Promised delivery before Christmas if orders placed by 11 dec. I placed orders on 4th and 6rh dec and still waiting on 22dec for delivery.

No email sent to update me on progress or explain delay.

Supposedly given to couriers on 17th but on 18th they told me orders should be finalised by end of week.

They mention a 10 day turnaround time in emails when order placed but don’t bother to tell you couriers are at least another 3-6 days ONTOP of that !

Very slow response to emails or messages on Facebook. Now being told they have closed for Xmas !!

Why promise Delivery of ALL orders before Christmas if they can’t honour it !!
