Difficulty in contacting them

Recently, I placed an order for a set of 3 solar lights with onedealaday.co.za. On opening the sealed packaging I only found 2 lights. I tried to contact their customer support but to no avail. Similarly as reported by previous reviewers, they do not have a contact number and one has to rely on sending questions to an email address which they choose to ignore. They state on their website that "All messages are returned within 48 hours" probably to fool first time buyers.

One needs to consider not being able to contact them regarding unexpected problems with your order is worth saving a few rands when you can easily go somewhere else where they value their returning customers. In the long run you will save time, worries and money at a more customer friendly online shop.

This is just my first and last experience with them, and one can see a lot of other reviewers' similar experience like me.
