Delivery is a mess.

I bought an item from them on the 29 November, within 5 days I received an email stating that my item will be shipped withing 3-6 working days from the 4th of December. After 3 days I contact them, firstly it a hassle to even get them on the phone. After the 6 days I call again, and only then someone send an email to some else in regards to that. In that email someone rep**** that the parcel will going out on Thursday (12 December - all ready 2 days overdue). Today the 14 of December I still have not received anything. Utterly poor.
