Deliver Item Process from One deal a day

Hi there,

I just find the last purchased item from One Deal A Day, very but very poor customer service when it comes to deliver a item and the state of it. I bought a Desk on wheels on June/6 nad up to now I haven't received due of the following: 1. first, received the item was defected and returned back to them. 2. second, replacement item came back worse than the first one. 3. third, still waiting.

I am a old customer and this is the type of service I receving from One Deal a day, pathetic service, replcement porcedure is very poor, no one conctacting you to follow up, or seems to have insteres in help.

Please anyone thta deal with them be very careful if you receive a broken item, and good luck.
