Delay in response time however good experience over all

Ordered an item from them on the 6th of May. After one week I still did not receive my item or any details about where my item was. I contacted via email and got no response. Three days later I contacted them again via email and I got a response from Mimi. She told me that was a delay and assured me that the item will be shipped of that same day and that she would make sure of it. I received my item today and all is in order. Thank you Mimi for all your help.
