Defective items Return-NO SERVICE

I've made a purchase of 3 watches and 3 pairs of ipods , watches is defective only one of them work so obviously I do not want this product. I received my purchase on 6 Dec from the 7th December I've been emailing and send numerous whatsapps with basically no response. The service was great when I made a purchase but there is absolutely NO SERVICE when it comes to detective products. I WANT A REFUND on the Smart watches I purchased, and I WILL not be sending the products back on my expense as It is surely not my fault that it is defective.
