Damaged Mirror, Faulty Robot Vacuum & No Refund Support – Extremely Poor Service

I placed order #902964 with OneDayDeal and received two defective items:

A full-length mirror delivered completely shattered, and

A wireless robot vacuum that does not work and is clearly not the product advertised.

I logged multiple return and refund requests, sent all required photos and videos, and followed every instruction they gave. Despite this, months passed with no resolution, no pickup for returns, and no refund issued. They either ignored messages or repeated the same instructions without action.

When they finally responded, they offered a replacement for the mirror (which I declined) and then told me to “dispose of the mirror” instead of arranging a return — yet still no refund was processed for either defective item.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I am now escalating the matter through my bank and consumer protection channels.

I am posting this review to warn others to be very careful ordering from them.
