Damaged glass top Stove

I received my order last week #835508 within moments of opening the box I realized goods were damaged, I sent an email within a few minutes of receiving my goods, iv followed up with my request for return on there Contact us and on Whats app to no avail. To date no one has answered me or given me a date for pick up. Iv been a loyal client of there's for years but obviously quality of staff has dropped since then.
