Customer service poor

Placed an order 3weeks ago, it was delivered but it was an incorrect order. I queried and I was told the correct product had run out of stock. I told them I'd wait for the product to be restocked. And they promised to communicate regarding the returns and everything but there was no communication for 2 weeks. I then followed up but was given a run around. At first I spoke to a Lesego and then it was Muhammed but not helpful at all.
