Customer service non-existent

Order no: 934335 - android TV stick Upon receipt the item was not working, remote unresponsive. Contacted them via their WhatsApp line, only machine generated responsed that are repeated over and over again. Sent an email to their admin email address and never got any response. I am stuck with a faulty item!
