Customer service angel!

Dealt with Zaisha on whatsapp. Did not read the messages properly as I was being rushed and never sent her the POP for my order. A week later I checked in to find out the status of delivery and she immediately noted my error but had quickly found the payment on my behalf and pushed it through for processing. As these are for clients due to be sent out she put a rush on the goods and had sent me a tracking number by the end of the day. Exceptional attitude towards customers, even when they are wrong. Very impressed and gratefull.
