COMPLAINT
I ordered products from One Deal a Day on February 11, 2025, and was promised delivery within 10 days. It has now been well over that time, and I have received nothing.
I have tried multiple times to contact customer support through email, but no one is responding. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable for an online retailer. If they can’t fulfill orders or provide customer service, they should not be in business.
I would not recommend buying from this company. Until they fix their delivery issues and start responding to customers, they are not trustworthy.

06 Mar 2025, 10:00 ONE DEAL A DAY did respond after my bad review. I’m now being told I have to wait another six days. This delay is frustrating, and at this point, I would prefer a refund. Very disappointed with the service."
