**** Company trading as One deal a Day aka Red Chilli Deals

This company is a ****. I purchased TWI earbuds and they are not working. I have sent numerous email to their admin address as well as filled out their contact form on their website. No-one has contacted me. There is no number to contact them and the number on the delivery package goes straight to voicemail.
