Ceiling fans

We ordered 5 ceiling fans based on pictures and features, when they arrived I instantly contacted them to return, at .most they toys. User guide in foreign language. These toys ***** into lightbulb sockets, nowhere did they mention this. Now we ask for credit, their response is "return at your own cost", but I paid for the delivery to get them to me, as a supplier I cannot believe the products they supply without a conscience.... NEVER EVER AGAIN, ILL THROW THEM IN THE DIRTBIN
