Broken merchandise ... only to hear NOTHING!

I bought a ring light and tripod, which arrived broken. I immediately emailed them, sent my order number as well as photos ... nothing. So I tried again and messaged via Facebook as well, where I was told their admin team were on it (nearly 10 days ago) ... yet still haven't heard anything back from them - at least they bothered to say the admin were on it, but nothing from the admin team and nothing from my initial email! I'm really not impressed and hoping it DOES get sorted out as I've been looking for this combination for a while as I need it for work so am now debating whether I cut my losses and buy another one as it's been 2 weeks of nothing-ness from them!
