bought 2 office chairs they was never shipped

I 've bought 2 office chairs on the 3rd of jan was supposed to be delivered within 7-15 days. after the 15th day I started querying as I've not received the items as well as not receiving any indication that there might be a problem. I emailed them with no reply at all from them, I then what sapped them and received zero indication as to what the delay is or any resolution. do not by from them there is zero customer feedback, zero customer care
