BEWARE of "ONE DEAL A DAY" online purchasing!!!!

BEWARE OF ONE DEAL A DAY PURCHASING. This company misrepresents itself by selling merchandise and not offering direct customer service to deal with complaints and refunds. Further more, it is designed to give a consumer a hard time to reach anyone by way of emails that do not accepts correspondence, and SEVERAL different WhatsApp numbers with either no response, or the odd person making you take videos of defects and the likes and not following through with refunds of defective products. They have cleverly designed their service to make the consumer give up out of frustration. They do not offer live interaction to attend to your complaint and at times do not respond to your messages for weeks. This is ******* and against the consumer act of South Africa for trading merchandise. I urge anyone reading this message to refrain from using this company because you will not find satisfaction with a defective product. Herewith are the bogus emails they provide which are designed to return back with a message to use other emails all of which are not managed by a live person. Herewith bogus emails: ***; ***; ***. Herewith are all the WhatsApp numbers they assure you they will respond to however no commitment to offering a refund. Herewith the WhatsApp numbers: ***; ***; ***; ***. The last number I also sent via txt. I will be lodging a consumer complaint as well. Just for the record ,on each of these WhatsApp numbers I told them I would be lodging a complaint with Consumer Complaints as well as Hello Peter and they had no response to this.
