Better than expected

Just for the record, I am one of those customers that complain very fast. I purchased airpods for my kids. I placed the order, paid, and then received my confirmation. My order was placed last Thursday afternoon, and I was informed that the package would be dispatched within 10 day. On Monday morning, I logged into my account, saw that I still did not have a tracking number, so I emailed them. Within an hour I received feedback stating that they were busy with my request. Early Tuesday morning I received a call from our Reception, my package was waiting for me.

In all honesty, I was worried that this was a ****, but I can now safely say that I am a very satisfied customer, and will gladly shop there again.
