Be very careful of what you buy from One Deal A Day

I have bought many items from onedealaday.co.za in the past and haven't had any problems. Communication and delivery was very efficient. My last purchase from them was an air fryer. The order was processed on 01/07 and when I received it I didn't unbox it as I have another one that I was using. When I finally opened the new one on 09/09 the unit wouldn't even switch on. I immediately contacted them via the email address provided and received no response. I again sent another follow up on 16/09 and still no response. Up to today no one has made any contact with me regarding this and I am stuck with an air fryer that hasn't worked since the day I received it. I would really be extremely hesitant to ever purchase anything from them again
