Be careful of One deal a day

After numerous attempts to contact the business via email I had no response. 10 minutes after posting a review on HelloPeter I received a response from them. I think it is ********* to accept orders and money if you cannot deliver. I know it was the busy part of the year, but if you are struggling to process, dispatch and deliver your orders, you must stop taking more orders, employ more staff or at least make it clear that your turnaround time would be 6 or more weeks. You state 5 to 10 working days. Knowing that it is the busy time of the year I gave you grace of 20 working days. Only after putting a review on HelloPeter did i get a response. Only to wait another 6 working days. If it was not for HelloPeter, I would still be waiting for my goods.
