Be Aware of Buying from this Company!

I placed 2 orders: 1 on 19 Feb 25 for R434.98 and again on the 27 of Feb 25 for 549.94. Total R984.92, to date 1 order has been captured (twice) and is "payment outstanding"; the other order does not even reflect at all. When I queried the order, a slow reply said they no longer stock the product. (but it was advertised and I bought it the same day.) I have been trying to communicate via email, WhatsApp and telephone, but there has been no response! This company takes your money, and that's the end. No goods are supp****, and no matter how many times you ask, you cannot get your money back!
