Bad service online purchase TV box

I had a bad experience with buying o line at onedealaday . I bought a tvbox when I tried to use it .was an faulty product not working it is now more that 2 weeks this people do not respond to my query I want a refund but telling I must send via a courier I must pay for the courier fees. I tried communicating to them they tell me they will respond with in 48 hrs . But they are very reluctant . I told them I want my refund I paid R300 for that tv box which is not working. Why must the customer be treated so badly my money was good enough to pay for a working item not a faulty product. I am so disappointed to have made that purchase online . Please people think twice to buy electronics online.. this company I bought from is the worst ever .I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
