BAD SERVICE FROM ONE DEAL A DAY

One Deal A Day is the most *********** online company I have ever dealt with. You can't get hold of any body via telephone to discuss your problems with them. There is no communication, it seems the people working there do not know their work. I am struggling to sort out orders since early September. They say they have shipped items on a certain date, then they send notifications 2 weeks later saying my order is ready to be shipped.
