Bad service delivery

I ordered an item from One deal a day on the 16th of October and have not received any feedback regarding my delivery, everyday I receive notifications for deals they offering but not an email reply regarding my order. The service is pathetic and I want a refund if I don't get my item by Friday 30 October 2020
