Bad service

Bad service, lack of communication its like once they have received your money, its game over for them.

Ordered and day 7 no movement was showing on the track your order portal. I have to call their couriers "Fastway Couriers" which a lady assisted me promptly sent an email requesting for the tracking number and the lady from One-deal-a-day just rep**** that the delivery takes 10 working days, which was incorrect as per their website. It does say that delivery will take 7-10 days and not working days.

Received similar but worse treatment from their couriers...

Never again!!!
