Bad service

I ordered two chairs and a desk it took forever to ger the chairs with hardly any response when asking. They let me know they were not happy with the quality of the desk so I asked for a refund. They said it would take 7 to 10 working days. Its past the 10 days and they not responding to my queries on when I will get the refund.
