BAD SERVICE AND WRONG DELIVERY

I have placed an order and wrong items delivered. I have been battling to get hold of them in order to return these wrong items. Until today, my emails and their “Whatzup number” are not answered/ or ignored. Its so frustrating, since they don’t even have a contact number for voice and they donot even bother to respond to they only form of their communications ( email & Watzup number).
