Bad service

I bought a car vacuum cleaner from One day A Deal. When arrived it had a defeats, a hole on the side of the of the dirt container, which clearly occurred during manufacturing of the item. I have been trying to return this product since the day it was delivered. I have sent numerous emails to One deal A day and they don't respond. Their WhatsApp admin keeps saying that they will escalate the matter and no one reply. Order no: 436228
