Bad Service

Purchase items end of Feb, 1st a mistake was made with amount to be paid and then 1 of the products was faulty and I am trying to return this item since the middle of March, just to be told today I can send it back at my own cost, and only if they find the item faulty to replace it. If I do it this way the returning of the 1 item is more than my whole purchase. BAD SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!
